Shipping
- $10 2-day shipping on US orders (excludes AK & HI). Free 2-day shipping is valid on US orders over $80 (excludes AK & HI), before tax, and after discount. Excludes gift card purchases.
- Orders take 1-3 business days (M-F) to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, orders may take up to 10 business days with standard shipping methods.
- Orders placed on Fridays after 1:00 PM (PST) will be processed the following week. Expedited shipping methods do not include processing times.
- At this time, we are unable to ship to freight-forwarding companies.
In order to provide our international customers with the best shipping experience possible, we currently only offer FedEx international shipping.
International orders (outside the US) placed through Herbivore.com are subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees per the destination country’s laws and regulations.
We cannot predict the costs of these fees, but they can range between 20-50% of the total cost of goods. If duties occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for these charges. We, the seller, are not responsible for these charges, nor do we reimburse any charges. Herbivore is not responsible for packages that are refused due to high duties and taxes, packages that cannot clear customs due to country restrictions, or any additional package delays.
If you decide to refuse your package or not pay the duties, it will be sent back to us. If you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid, less any shipping paid. The cost of shipping is paid directly to the shipping provider and therefore is not refundable.

Free standard shipping is valid on US orders over $50, before tax and after discounts are applied.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. We offer a 30-day from purchase date money-back guarantee for products purchased on Mythiccosmetics.com. (excluding FINAL SALES items)
If you are returning a product you purchased within the last 30 days, contact us to initiate your return. Please email and a member of our Customer Service team will assist you. We are unable to accept returns of partial sets or bundles.
Once the return is approved, please allow 10 days for the return to be processed.
Please note: We are not able to refund original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier. Mythic does not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen. Purchases made through unauthorized Mythic retailers do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Once a returned package is received at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Funds typically take between 3-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on the banking institution.
Missing Item

We are so sorry to hear that an item in your order is missing or damaged. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. Photos will be requested by a customer service team member to proceed.
Packages:
If your order is marked as delivered but you have yet to receive it, please wait 2 business days before reaching out. We also recommend checking with your building management, concierge, mailroom, or neighbors to see if they received the package for you. You are free to contact the shipping company directly as well.
